The Invest Cartel:
It is a large, internationally organized Chinese in-game corporation in EVE Online. It serves as a key component of the Fraternity (Frat / WinterCo) alliance, one of the largest and most influential Chinese power blocs in null-security space. The corporation acts as a central hub within the WinterCo coalition. It has over 150 active members and is led primarily by a Chinese-speaking leadership team whose main mission is to invest in and acquire structures belonging to corporations and alliances across New Eden—though primarily in null-sec.
