- Sotiyo contains a market with materials you need for building. Many are sourced from the 2GTHR buyback. We also import regularly from Jita. PI, minerals, goo, reaction products, etc.

Basic Rules
- Super capitals may only circulate within the Coalition. (Faction super capitals are exempted)
- Always keep journals for super capital trade.
- Buying super capitals publicly is allowed, though not recommended.
- Do not export super capitals, nor put them on public contracts. (Capitals in Asset Safety systems are exempted)
- Please ask for help in dealing with super capitals in NPC spaces and the sovereignty of non-Coalition alliances.
- Do not sell super capitals to renters.
- Do not put super capitals on Hypernet.
- Please ask for permission from Noraus if you insist on exporting super capitals. Do mention who you are selling to and why.
Penalty
- All super capitals sold without authorization must be destroyed. The director is responsible for keeping detailed records of the incident.
- Other general penalties.
