Super Capitals Exportation

Basic Rules

• Super capitals may only circulate within the Coalition. (Faction super capitals are exempted)
• Always keep journals for super capital trade.
• Buying super capitals publicly is allowed, though not recommended.
• Do not export super capitals, nor put them on public contracts. (Capitals in Asset Safety systems are exempted)
• Please ask for help in dealing with super capitals in NPC spaces and the sovereignty of non-Coalition alliances.
• Do not sell super capitals to renters.
• Do not put super capitals on Hypernet.
• Please ask for permission from Noraus if you insist on exporting super capitals. Do mention who you are selling to and why.

Penalty

• All super capitals sold without authorization must be destroyed. The director is responsible for keeping detailed records of the incident.
• Other general penalties.
